Situation.1:
A student cleared both the groups of his IPCC in single attempt. Now, he/she should register for CA-Final with in 45 days from the date of declaration of results. Otherwise, the student's articles will not be registered and will be kept pending until the application for CA-Final registration is sent along with the registration fee.
Situation 2:
A student cleared his/her first group of IPCC in Nov 2011. and in May 2012, the student cleared the second group. N As articles is registered after clearing the first group itself, the problem of putting the articles in pending will not occur. So, the rule will not apply in this case.
Therefore, this rule comes into effect only in the case where the student has cleared both groups of his/her IPCC in single attempt.
